What is it?
Since March 2015, we have had the pleasure of offering our customers a Lifetime Warranty. It is Docol’s commitment of trust and peace of mind for its customers. A legacy that ensures a lifetime warranty for the buyer of products installed in homes (see our Warranty Manual*), in the event of problems resulting from material and/or manufacturing defects, as per the conditions specified in the Warranty Term. Docol is a pioneer in the metal fixtures segment and is the only company in the sanitary ware segment to offer a lifetime warranty. More than a promise, it is the certainty that we will be with our customer for their entire lifetime.
Which products have this warranty?
The Docol Lifetime Warranty extends to products* (see our Warranty Manual), purchased and installed in Brazil, intended for residential use under normal conditions, in accordance with applicable Brazilian standards. It is valid as long as the product belongs exclusively to the original buyer, the person who made the purchase. In short, the benefit is extended to our brand’s ceramic and metal fixtures purchased in Brazil and installed in homes.* But, pay attention: some products, such as electronics, have a specific warranty, which should be consulted on a case-by-case basis.

How does it work?
The warranty is extended to our brand’s ceramic and metal fixtures* (see our Warranty Manual) purchased in Brazil and installed in homes. The benefit is valid for the entire lifetime of the original buyer, which means for as long as the product belongs exclusively to the person who made the purchase, whose name appears on the invoice. To be entitled to the warranty*, you must register the product purchase invoice on our website within 90 days of purchase. When you identify any manufacturing problem in our products, simply contact our customer service channels, report the problem and submit the purchase invoice or registration on the website. It is important to carefully review the warranty terms before registering, to ensure a secure and seamless experience.

Most household items have an expiration date and some may even last a long time, but not a lifetime. For example, an average warranty for a couch is 90 days; for a refrigerator, about a year. But at Docol, our commitment lasts a lifetime. We are the first Brazilian metal fixture brand and the only sanitary ware brand to offer such a warranty. This is only possible because we trust the quality of our manufacturing process and, consequently, our products.

Note Registration
To benefit from the Lifetime Warranty, the product purchase invoice must be registered on our website within 90 days of purchase. It’s a very easy process! You will be asked for some information, which will be checked, and then a confirmation will be sent to the registered email address. This process ensures that all invoice data is registered with Docol. If you need to use the service, we will have the record and history, which will facilitate access. Much safer and more practical.
