Our history in timeline
The beginning
Our story began in 1956, in Jaraguá do Sul, northern Santa Catarina. It was in this scenario that brothers Edmundo and Egon Doubrawa joined Amandus Colin and founded Docol, named after the first syllable of their surnames. Initially, the company operated as a lathe and general repair shop, but it soon expanded to create dental products. Back in the 1950s, the founders realized that design, quality and precision were essential elements for success in the industrial sector, and these are the pillars that have kept us relevant in the market to this day.
